Carolyn Minor (she/her) is a storyteller and educator in film and theater with a B.A. with distinction from UVA.
In Richmond, Carolyn has performed in short films NHU Dawn, I Am Heather, and EarthGate, worked wardrobe department on short films Triggered I and Triggered II, HMU and casting for Repercussion(s), and script supervisor and fight choreographer for This Again. Her days are spent as a full-time Associate Faculty member at SPARC.

Producer
Kelsey Nerrie (she/her) is an award-winning filmmaker and writer based in Richmond, VA. Her career spans twenty years, both in and out of the film industry, to include seven years launching and managing a localization team at Deluxe. She has been an in-house and freelance script reader for much of that time.
Kelsey’s filming and writing styles stem from a love of dark humor, flawed characters, and dry wit amid tragedy. She does not tie herself down to a single genre but instead aims to explore the hard truths of being human in ways that will make an audience think.
Cinematographer
R Jay (he/him) is a filmmaker and photographer based in Virginia.
He has been capturing stories since he was a kid, shooting black-and-white photos on an old film camera and recording my friends with a Hi-8 camcorder. Since college, R Jay spent years working in I.T. while constantly honing his craft on sets and behind cameras in his free time.
Every single role R Jay has held, from production assistant, to D.I.T., to editor, cinematographer, writer, and director, has taught him something that makes the next project better.
Production Coordinator

In 2026, she returned to entertainment, founding Gopher the Gold Productions, home to her creative projects, including Write 7 in 7, a screenwriting competition, and its companion podcast, which she produces, featuring table reads of the winning scripts. She has since acquired writing, acting, and producing credits including A Willing Participant, Bad Grief, What the Hell?, Ooga Ooga and Other Hearfelt Emotions, and her directorial debut, This Again, with multiple additional productions currently in the works.
